Our Priorities as a Parish

St John the Evangelist, Killyleagh

01

Reimagining the church to be accessible to all

We strive to create a welcoming space where everyone feels at home.
Barriers of tradition or circumstance are removed to invite genuine connection.
Together, we build a community where all can explore faith freely and openly.

02

Renewing our faith, commitment and passion for the Gospel of Jesus Christ

Our hearts are inspired by the life and teachings of Jesus. We dedicate ourselves to living out the Gospel with authenticity and love. Through prayer, worship, and service, we deepen our relationship with Christ.

03

Reshaping our world

Faith inspires action beyond the church walls. We seek to bring justice, compassion, and hope into every corner of our own lives.
By serving others, we can reflect Christ’s love and transform our communities.

“And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another…”

Hebrews 10:24–25
